Overview
RoboFun | Vision Education & Media provides exciting, hands-on after school programs using
emerging technologies for PK-12th grade youth. We ignite kids’ passion to explore & solve problems as
they learn to invent, build, code and troubleshoot. Our students build and program LEGO® robots,
solder DIY electronic projects, create and code video games, shoot stop motion animations, and
design web pages.
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, creative team player to be our Onsite Junior Program Manager, someone
who will be able to speak knowledgeably about the programs we offer, treat our students and their
families with warmth and grace, and help keep the many details of our small business organized. The
ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability and eagerness to jump into new
situations and navigate them with integrity and success. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast paced

environment that requires thinking on your feet, and be excited about working with a team of like-
minded people who create innovative learning environments for children.

We are looking for a team player that wants to make an impact in a non-traditional educational
environment. The Onsite Junior Program Manager will enjoy variety of new experiences and will have
a chance to play a role in the growth strategy of RoboFun.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the “face of RoboFun” to potential clients and guests both on the phone and in person
• Respond to parent inquiries/questions through email and give tours to potential walk-in clients
• Provide our students and families with excellent customer service
• Light bookkeeping and client database maintenance
• Assist with clerical duties, including keeping track of inventory, ordering office supplies,
program supplies, scanning bills & filing paperwork
• Assist the on-site Program Manager with social media projects and occasionally photograph
important events for marketing purposes
• Track and manage the onsite equipment, ensuring it is accounted for and in good condition
• Organize and prepare LEGO and other materials for our classes and birthday parties
• Supervise cleaning staff and assist with clean up three times a week or when needed
• Assist in monitoring the facility, ensuring that it is a safe, clean and healthy place for children
• Assist with the supervision of all after school classes, summer camp and weekend programs to
assure programs run smoothly and safely.

• TA or lead classes as needed

Work Relationships
Reports to the Onsite Program Manager and works closely with all Program Managers and the
Director of Operations. Work schedule is generally 9 AM-5 PM Mon-Fri during the academic year and
8 AM- 4PM during the summer. Some schedule adjustments, weekends, and evenings are required to
facilitate programs and oversee projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children in traditional or non traditional learning
environments is required. Must have the ability to solve problems and work independently. A strong
attention to detail is required Strong project, planning, and time management skills are essential. Must have
the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate with multiple staff members and partners in an
efficient and professional manner.
