Web Developer Internship
Latinas On the Verge of Excellence – L.O.V.E. supports and empowers young Latinas to strive both in school and in life by providing positive role models. The L.O.V.E. Mentoring Program works in partnership with organizations, universities and public schools, whose mission is to enhance the wellbeing of young girls and Hispanic communities in New York.
We’re looking for a web developer intern to contribute to a web app that will enable the organization to provide services online.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proficiency building web pages in HTML and CSS
- Some experience building web applications in JavaScript, Python, Ruby or another object oriented language
- Understanding of MVC frameworks like Django, Express, Ruby on Rails
- Experience with version control (Git)
