They should have a solid video production background which includes pre-production planning, shooting, editing, lighting, and experience with wireless microphones and sound
Proficiency in either Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere and other softwares
Experience with Adobe Suite
Ability to take a project from concept to completion
Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is crucial
Work mainly virtually. Willingness to work on Sunday morning and Monday evening (approximately 4 hours in Person) Periodic weekend and evening hours to support programmatic activities
Responsibilities
He or she will work closely with post-production independent teams as well as our independent production houses
He or she will also be responsible for the secure transfer, cataloging, ingest and archiving of all Marketing-related shoot material captured in the field
Assist both the creative and technical teams with providing council and guidance as it pertains to the ingest, edit, and work virtually on a daily basis with post production/creative teams
Exceptional storytelling, videography, and production skills
Vigorous editorial skills, with a keen eye for consistency, accuracy, and detail
Fluent understanding of digital video usability and optimization for various platforms
Knowledge of how to visually communicate with target audiences, inspiring viewer loyalty
Focus on ways to create community through shared video i.e. streaming of live events to celebrate employee achievement
