Mid or Senior Product Designer @ famous email marketing platform with 4 billion users and a fun, friendly brand 

Our client is a well-known email marketing platform for small + medium sized businesses – people love their brand, and their culture on the inside is super friendly, relaxed, and fun.

Their scope is massive: they have a total audience of around 4 billion people – yes, that’s billion with a B! – and they empower over 11 million global customers to build their brands and companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools.

They’re looking for a Mid or Senior Product Designer to join their App Marketplace team. The App Marketplace allows users to integrate social media accounts, survey builders, eCommerce sites, and more in order to make their email and marketing tools as effective as possible. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of the .com and Marketplace experience. This is a great role for someone with desktop and mobile experience, who is well-rounded in both UX & UI, but would benefit from being balanced out by a more visually-leaning team.

You’ll be responsible for…

• Quickly grasping complex problems and develop design approaches that translate to elegant user experiences

• Creating interaction models, workflows, screen designs, and visual details that resonate with users

• Collaborating with design peers and cross functional teams to build concept consensus

• Clearly articulating and present concepts to senior product leadership

• Partnering with product management and user research to inform deliverables, shape future roadmap discussions and cultivate transparency

• Presenting work and effectively communicating methodologies to a broad audience, including peers, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership

You have…

• Previous experience developing consumer and/or commercial web & mobile application interfaces

• A proven track record and a passion for designing compelling user experiences

• Solid intuition and demonstration of visual design principles and tools used in interaction design

• Experience creating interface prototypes and portfolio of examples

• A solid understanding and ability to prototype with tools like Invision, Principle, Framer.js, Keynote or good ol fashioned HTML/Javascript/CSS

Nice to haves…

• Marketplace experience
