Snipitz is looking for a creative social media intern to work in our marketing department. The social media intern is responsible for managing social media calendars, contributing to ideation and execution of posts, and assisting with brainstorming of campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with graphic and video content team to develop and execute social media content for Snipitz Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok Accounts
- Assist with content capture and creation
- Manage calendar of social media content
- Assis with creation, development and launch of content creation, copywriting, and posting
- Assist with the web content management systems; ensuring the company webpage aligns with social media campaigns
- Contribute to campaign ideation, planning, and execution for marketing, sales, and various other departments
- Help to track, analyze, and monitor social media analytics
- Track emerging social media trends and develop/execute content ideas surrounding them
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in social media content creation for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok
- Exceptional writing skills as demonstrated through past work experience or personal creative projects.
- Demonstrated ability to produce compelling written copy for various disciplines, including social media, website, app, graphics, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to anticipate public reaction and use discretion when posting on social media.
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro preferred
- Basic understanding and grasp of photography and videography fundamentals
- Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to uncover relevant and engaging story ideas related to platform
- Familiarity with web publishing concepts, including building and updating web pages and posting content (text, images, videos) within a content management system preferred
- Must be a current college student receiving college credit
