I am part of the core planning team producing the Soundstorm music festival, happening in Saudi Arabia this December 1-3. We’re looking to fill a few key positions, of which one is a Visualization Production Coordinator. See description below.
The position is remote (although open to discussing if it would be of interest/make sense for this person to come onsite for a stint). As to dates, we’re looking to bring someone on as soon as possible and the contract would run through the end of March 2023.
Visualization Production Coordinator
Will work with various designers and design studios on fly throughs, renders and other visualizations. The Coordinator will own the process of updates, timeline management, ensure notes are getting completed prior to submission to the client, provide status updates to the team and so on. Coordinator must have the ability to evaluate the quality of the renderings/designs and manage the visual creations (renderings and fly throughs) that are part of the required deliverables. Should have a basic understanding of design and past expertise coordinating/prioritizing production, preferably for a design studio or similar role. Dates: ASAP- March 31, 2023
