Temporary IT Service Position

The position, both independently and as part of NYU Tisch’s IT liaison group, researches and resolves computer-related problems for Tisch Drama. The incumbent will serve as point person supporting the Undergraduate Drama department’s IT infrastructure, including Mac and Windows desktops, endpoint management, AV technologies (such as phones, Zoom, projectors and TVs/monitors) as well as administrative, faculty, and learning spaces. Partner with University departments, schools to implement university-wide technologies. Responds to in-person, email, and telephone requests for assistance on a wide-ranging one-on-one basis. Possesses some knowledge of commonly used hardware and software, particularly those used in Higher Education teaching and administration, as well as creative applications. Expected to manage software licenses and procurement of software and hardware on behalf of the department.
