This proactive initiative has been created for all creative students graduating this year in all art & design categories such as visual communication, film, fashion, textiles, interior, architecture, visual arts, contemporary craft, industrial & product design and more!
Following the success of the inaugural Global Design Graduate Show in 2020, Arts Thread has for the fourth year running, teamed up with Gucci, who, as in 2020, will be the exclusive partner for the Global Design Graduate Show 2023. Through our relationship with Gucci, this year Google Arts & Culture have agreed to support the initiative and as you will see below they have already created an area on their site where we are showcasing all of our past success stories and we have our own virtual gallery:
 
This year’s initiative is now open to all art & design students graduating from September 2022 to August 2023 (both undergraduate and postgraduate) in any related creative discipline, located anywhere in the world.
Over 170 respected industry experts from brands such as Apple, Adidas, Conran Studio, Design Museum, Gucci, Herman Miller, Informa, Kering Group, Levi’s, Nike, Pentland Group, Philips, United Nations, Wieden + Kennedy, WGSN, Zaha Hadid, and many more will judge this initiative.

We want to actively contribute to an inclusive and equitable world and we need organizations that can help to shape the discourse. The fashion industry has a big societal impact. It has the ability to use its platforms to challenge the status quo and design a better future.
In celebration of the individual “me”, HUGO BOSS is launching a competition that embraces each person’s authenticity and individuality.  Reinvent business wear for the modern woman or man that underlines DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and body positivity regardless of ethnic background or gender.
The Prizes:HUGO BOSS offers a full-time 6-month paid internship at its global headquarters in Metzingen, Germany to the winner. A shortlist of 6 candidates will be invited to our headquarters to discuss their project and innovative ideas with key stakeholders from HUGO BOSS.
Who Can Enter: Open worldwide to anyone studying art and design or has graduated from art and design higher education within the last two (2) years. Entrants cannot be currently employed full-time within the creative sector.
