Motion Graphic/Interaction Design Intern

team whose one single mission is to do just that!
HeyKiddo’s mission is to give parenting adults the tools they need to help their
children’s mental, social, and emotional health. The HeyKiddoTM App helps parenting
adults anticipate, detect, address & prevent mental, social, and/or emotional problems
in their kiddos.
Requirements:
● Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator &
Photoshop
● Proficiency with Figma
● Mobile UX/UI experience
● Knowledge of digital asset best practices and experience designing and shipping
app designs
● Experience creating and animating 2D modern flat illustrations/characters
● Training to attain or completed an undergraduate degree in motion graphic
design or a related field
● Completed 3+ years of higher education and has experience working in motion
graphics/animation
● A portfolio demonstrating animation work, strong sensitivity to color, typography,
layout, imagery, and quality
Bonus point!
● Experience working with LottieFiles
What you will do:
● Animate and bring our HeyKiddo characters to life while maintaining our brand’s
voice and tone
● Work with our User Experience & Design Lead and be a key part in shaping the
HeyKiddo app
● Work with our Director of Content Design and translate content with eye-catching
visuals
● Deliver a wide range of animations, videos, and assets for the app, website, and
marketing materials
