We are seeking an experienced web developer to help us build a script database website that will host a collection of audition sides and scripts for actors and directors. The website will be hosted on Wix, and our database is well-organized on http://Airtable.com.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct a Zoom meeting with our team to understand the project’s overview and requirements.
– Integrate our organized Airtable database with our Wix website to ensure smooth data retrieval and search functionality.
– Implement a secure payment system that allows users to pay for access to audition sides and scripts. Payment methods may include PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, or a combination.
– Set up a small online store within the website for merchandise sales.
– Ensure the security of our database to prevent unauthorized access and data theft.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in web development, with expertise in integrating databases (Airtable) with Wix websites.
– Experience in implementing secure payment systems for e-commerce websites.
– Familiarity with web security practices to protect user data.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely via Zoom meetings.
– Availability to start work immediately.
