3Poch Labs is seeking a social media content creator to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling through visuals and excited to generate creative, high-quality visual content. The content you are creating should capture the attention of our audience and be able to communicate any message we are sending clearly. You should have a solid creative ability to translate requirements into design for this position.
Qualifications

Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy

Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere

Ability to turn a concept into compelling content

Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content

Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms

The candidate will need to be highly motivated, passionate about content creation, and keep up with the fast-paced social media landscape

Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member

Must be self-motivated and can take constructive criticism

Must have graphic design experience

Crypto knowledge and knowledge of Crypto Twitter are preferred but not required. A willingness to learn is needed above all.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for expressing our written content in visual images on Twitter and our blog

Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement and reach

Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice

Create and execute a content calendar
Pay:
Pay will be discussed more upon interviewing/hiring. It is based on experience and your ability.
