JOB: Unity Developer with NYU Create

Role Description 

The NYU CREATE is looking for a Unity Developer to join our team. In this position you will have the opportunity to apply your Unity knowledge to facilitate the production of video games designed and co-designed by learners, instructors and game designers.

Responsibilities 

  • Build video games using Unity and C# 
  • Translate goals and constraints into functional and efficient features 
  • Work alongside UX designers, engineers, and learning designers to develop game features 

Qualifications 

  • Unity C# proficiency 
  • Experience writing or shipping software built using Unity, preferably games or similar interactive experiences
  • Strong candidates will have experience working with most of the features of the Unity Game Engine
  • Proactive, with passion to learn, teach, and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment 
  • Experience creating video games on WebGL is a plus 
  • Must be a current NYU student, legally allowed to work and residing in the United States of America
