This opportunity is only for IMA students who want to study abroad at NYU AD
NYU Abu Dhabi invites NYU New York students to apply for competitive Undergraduate Research Arts Apprenticeships for the Spring 2025 semester. The positions span several disciplines within the Arts and Humanities.
These funded opportunities create a platform for visiting students to contribute to an ongoing research project or serve as apprentices under the supervision of an NYUAD faculty member, who will serve as a mentor, collaborator, and role model. Students can access state-of-the-art arts facilities at NYU Abu Dhabi.

Students selected for the program will be eligible for an apprenticeship award of up to $3,000, in which up to $2,000 is earned in up to 15 hours/week of the artwork, and $1,000 is applied towards the cost of the student’s meal plan.
The deadline to apply is September 15.
Spring semester award recipients may have the opportunity to continue the research project full-time in the subsequent summer by applying to the Summer Visiting Undergraduate Research Program.
