They’re seeking a super seasoned Research/Insights leader to help take them to the next level.
This is NOT a player/coach role. Seeking someone with executive presence who can drive initiatives from the top through partnerships with key exec stakeholders and the C Suite, and give their Research + Insights team great visibility and ballast.
Should have strong UX Research experience, and also past experience overseeing teams who do Market Research, Consumer Insights, Corporate Strategy Research, and/or Voice of the Customer.
Seeking someone with 7-10+ years management experience, managing 5-10 person sized teams, with at least a few years’ experience managing Managers.
