We’re seeking designers across Creative Tech, Design Systems, and Product Design for Walmart’s People Design team, which makes tools and platforms for the largest workforce in the USA (2.2M employees).
All their processes and what they’re creating is all AI-first, so it’s a great opportunity to learn and grow your AI skills at literally the largest company in the USA: it’s the Fortune 1 company out of the F500!
The People Design team is headed up by a fantastic Head of Design who we know well and have worked with for many years, and he’s building a best in class design team.
He has already hired + moved 17 ace designers to Bentonville, AR (more on the location below). So you’d be entering into a strong team in place, full of A players, to collaborate with and befriend!
Roles:
They’re seeking fulltime designers with large scale b2b / enterprise software experience – with a consumer-look and feel – for the following roles:
Sr Product Designer, Creative Technologist (React, React Native, Figma, with Swift as a nice to have)
Sr Product Designer, Design Systems
Principal Product Designers (2)
Comp for each role is in its job description; it’s a combo of base salary + annual bonus + annual stock package that refreshes every year.

- Visas they can support: TN, E3, and H1B

Location:
All roles are based in Bentonville, AR, so you’d need to possibly be open to relocating there to be considered.
