PinkySwear is now accepting submissions for its upcoming spring exhibition at PinkySwear, an interactive art bar in NYC in the Lower East Side. We invite artists, designers, technologists, and creative collectives to propose works that engage audiences through interaction, experimentation, and playful risk.
Exhibition Dates
Show opens: February 14
Submission deadline: January 28
Themes
We are especially interested in works that explore one or more of the following themes:
• Love & Tech — intimacy, connection, romance, obsession, and desire in a digitally mediated world
• Distortions — glitches, warping, fragmentation, interference, or altered perception
• Abstractions — emotional, computational, or sensory abstraction across media
What We’re Looking For
• Interactive installations
• Digital, screen-based, or computational artworks
• Experimental sculptures or objects
• Paintings/Traditional Media welcome
• Works that can live comfortably in a bar/gallery environment
Works must be finished or close to finished and ready for installation.
