What’s happening
We’re gathering curious, creative Gen Z and young millennial participants, students and non-students alike, who care deeply about:
- Holistic well-being
- Sustainability and regeneration
- Community, belonging, and collective impact
Together, we’ll imagine and design new membership models that are truly for and by, their members.
What they’ll do
During an energizing 2.5-day, in-person sprint, they’ll:
- Dream up ways to attract, nurture, and grow meaningful communities
- Co-create innovative membership models
- Build blueprints for services that support both individual and collective well-being
- Define clear intentions and measurable goals for long-term impact
- Pitch ideas to innovation leaders and changemakers
What students gain

- Meaningful connections with fellow innovators and industry leaders
- Recognition, plus opportunities for ongoing collaboration or future roles
- A stipend for their time and participation
