We are seeking a strategic, business-minded AI Product Developer to partner with our CEO to take advantage of AI to create streamline product solutions for the agency. You’ll serve as the CEO’s sounding board and execution partner for next-generation digital initiatives. The role calls for a tech-forward strategist who can think like a product manager and build like a modern developer. In this role, you will be vibe-coding—leveraging advanced AI coding agents, LLMs, and no-code tools to rapidly translate the CEO’s vision into tangible, functional product concepts, prototypes, and client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ideation & Partnering: Collaborate directly with the CEO to brainstorm, vet, and refine new ideas and internal agency tech solutions.
- Rapid AI Prototyping: Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Engineer, v0) to spin up proof-of-concepts, interactive mockups, and MVPs in hours, not weeks.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level business goals and creative marketing briefs into working products that can be used by the team.
Qualifications
- AI-Native Builder: Proven experience using AI coding tools to build and deploy applications quickly. You should have a portfolio or examples of projects you’ve shipped using these workflows.
- Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of how modern web apps work, including APIs, databases, LLM integration, authentication, and cloud deployment.
- Product-Minded Thinking: You don’t just build what you’re told; you challenge assumptions, optimize user experience, and bring ideas.
- Agency or Fast-Paced Experience: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapid-iteration environment where priorities can shift based on market trends or client needs.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to match the energy and vision of an entrepreneurial CEO, turning casual conversations into structured product plans.
