About Another

By combining advanced AI/ML with deep domain expertise in apparel and beauty, Another is solving one of retail’s most complex and overlooked challenges: intelligently managing and optimizing off-channel inventory at scale. Our lean, high-performing team brings decades of cross-industry experience and is actively shaping the future of the secondary inventory market.

Another is an AI-native, collaborative platform that automates off-channel inventory management. By facilitating cross-functional workflows, we reduce bottlenecks in inventory transactions and empower stakeholders to optimize merchandise distribution and maximize revenue opportunities. Our mission is to equip reverse logistics teams with the technology they need to navigate complex workflows — saving time, increasing revenue, improving margins, and unlocking actionable insights through data.

Our culture is rooted in collaboration, ownership, and shared progress. Our people and partners are the driving force behind everything we build.

The Role

We’re looking for a UX / UI Designer to take ownership of new features, customizations, and product lines within our Enterprise Products suite — the layer of Another built for large retail partners. Another’s core platform is live and growing; this role is about expanding and elevating what it can do for enterprise clients. You’ll be given clear direction on what we’re building and trusted to make the best design decisions when evaluating options. You’ll work directly with Product and Engineering, have a real seat at the table, and own the experience end-to-end — from early concepts through implementation handoff.

This is a strong fit for an undergraduate or graduate student in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field who wants hands-on ownership of real product work on a live platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the UX/UI for new enterprise-specific features, customizations, and product lines — designing end-to-end experiences that work for large retail teams with complex operational workflows
  • Evaluate design options and make experience decisions with confidence, using direction from Product as a starting point, not a constraint
  • Apply and extend Another’s existing Design System to enterprise contexts, contributing new components and patterns where needed
  • Translate complex workflows and data-heavy interactions into clean, intuitive interfaces
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the design and build process
  • Document design decisions and patterns so your work continues to inform the product beyond the internship

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or a related field
  • Strong Figma skills
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking
  • Comfort designing for complex, workflow-driven interfaces
  • A decisive, opinionated design voice: you can work within direction and still bring a clear point of view on the best experience
  • Ability to move quickly, iterate, and make suggestions without waiting for perfect requirements

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or contributing to a Design System
  • Prior experience designing for enterprise or B2B products
  • Familiarity with how designs translate into code and handoff workflows
  • Exposure to retail, inventory management, eCommerce, or marketplace products

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Real ownership of features and product lines that ship to enterprise clients
  • Direct collaboration with Product and Engineering with the trust to make most design decisions yourself
  • Hands-on experience with a live, growing platform at the intersection of retail and AI
  • A small, collaborative team where your work has visible long-term impact
  • Mentorship from product, engineering, and company leadership
