Job Requirements and/or Qualifications:

Gotham Writers’ Workshop seeks a web developer with an adventurous spirit whose ideas and work will play a major role in the experience of thousands of students a year. It’s a chance to blend technical expertise with creativity.

While Gotham is highly respected, it bears little similarity to “academic” institutions. The activities of the web developer are diverse, including front and back
end work, as well as a mixture of conceptual thinking and day-to-day operational maintenance. Among the activities: redesigning the website and in-house classroom software to stay on the leading edge; providing tech support to students and teachers; improving content management, financial software, and marketing communication; brainstorming with the office staff on various ways to enhance the company.
