The Graduate School Fellowship has a multi-step admissions process that incorporates an application, critical thinking exercise and interviews.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least two years of full-time professional work experience (excluding undergraduate summer work) by the start of the program
• Completed at least one year of graduate studies or a graduate degree program by the start of the program
• Authorization to work in the United States (international students eligible only if visa assistance is NOT required)
• Commitment to the 10-week program, including mandatory workshops
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in finance, strategy, marketing, operations, human resources, curriculum design, policy analysis, urban education or law
• Self-starter who takes initiative and drives to results
• Strong commitment to Education Pioneers’ mission
• Proven academic and professional excellence
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Passion for K-12 public education
