Front end iOS app developer sought for a project at Eyebeam
Two current Eyebeam residents Katayoun Vaziri and Hadjar Homaei are looking for a front end app developer to work on design of a mobile app (iOS initially) which, based on facebook/twitter sync, suggests specific online materials to look at. A proposed development timeline is 1-2 months for the initial stage. The team’s interests include information bubbles, access, sensorship, political/social issues, machine learning, natural language processing techniques, with a tactical/disruptive media bent. The team already has designed the code which is used for the core functions of the piece. A project website is in Drupal, the back end would run as a Cron job/Perl/MySQL, the team has an AWS server.
