> 4 years information technology implementation and development
> experience; broad programming experience (e.g. for internet,
> operating systems, applications); or an equivalent combination of
> training and experience.

> Experience with SSO products (especially Sun OpenSSO and
> Shibboleth), LDAP, Apache, web containers, Java, Unix/Linux
> expertise, Oracle, Perl.
> Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
> Advanced knowledge of software development, modems, peripherals and
> other telecommunications systems. Advanced knowledge of Windows,
> UNIX, MacOS, SQL, PERL, TCP/IP networks, and programming languages
> (JAVA, C++).
> Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
> Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to
