3+ years experience and work examples clearly demonstrating animation capab=
ilities
Understanding and comfort in using multiple compositions and inhe=
iritence.
Strong experience/knowledge of compression and rendering for di=
fferent channels (ie: web, broadcast, etc)
Clearly demonstrate ability to=
take layered art/storyboards from hand off to finished animation.
