LiquidSky is looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer who is prepared to jump in and join a great team. We’re working with the latest tools and technologies to define and construct LiquidSky’s future systems. Join us and become a part of something that will make a difference.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Use the latest open source test automation tools/technologies such as Selenium, Protractor, API Testing tools, JMeter, GTest to build an automation framework that drives frontend to backend test automation
- Work with Scrum teams to develop and automate test cases in a primarily JavaScript environment for our applications to ensure what we build meets the highest levels of quality
- Experience in working in a DevOps CI/CD strongly desired
- Participate in all Scrum, perform code reviews, contribute to a high performing, growing team
- Perform Manual Testing where necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Technical Competency with web and API software testing tools such as Selenium Webdriver, Protractor or other similar tools
- Advanced Technical Competency with open source stress testing testing tools such as JMeter and Load Runner
- Experience with HTML/JavaScript/CSS and C#
- Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment environments
- Experience testing highly interactive and responsive applications
- Experiencing developing test plans for unit, integration, production, performance, ui, etc
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience working with distributed version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with Python, Ruby, or similar languages
