Visual Arts Residency at Pioneer Works

The application is now open for our visual arts residency. For six-month periods, our visual arts residents enjoy newly renovated studios, a series of curatorial visitors, and a dedicated monthly Open Studios program that takes place during our public Second Sundays event. Residents are also encouraged to lead a class, workshop, or roundtable as part of our public programs. It is important to note that unless an artist is funded externally, we cannot offer living accommodations.

A selected jury will review the final list of candidates to be considered for the 2019 Spring and Fall Residency. Selected residents will be announced November 1, and they are slated to begin in March 2019.
