Graphic Design Graduate Assistant
Level of Study: Graduate
Job Description:
The Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to complete
basic graphic design, video and website projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:
● Developing suites of professional-looking and coordinated event materials including
event agendas, name tags, directional signs, posters, informational hand-outs, feedback
surveys, slide decks, and more
● Creating visually striking social media graphics, gifs, and video content
● Assisting with the development of The NYU Stern Entrepreneurs Challenge application
via Survey Monkey Apply
● Editing photos to be used for various digital and print assets
● Assisting with website development and editing
Qualifications:
● Current graduate (or undergraduate) student at NYU
● Demonstrated command of design principles
● Pays strong attention to detail
● Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere
Pro
● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
● Proficient with html and CSS coding
Preferred Skills/Qualities:
● Creative and able to think outside the box
● Ability to effectively collaborate with peers and supervisors in a completely remote
environment
● Experience with motion graphics/videos a plus
● Experience with WordPress and Drupal
Hours/Week: 10-12
Salary: $22/hour
