- $127-156K base comp + stock options

For both roles, they’re seeking fulltime, midlevel Product Designers with 3-5 years of relevant design work experience.
They like folks who are largely autonomous and can work quickly and iteratively, and, you’ll receive mentorship and guidance from skilled leadership. It’s an environment where it’s OK to take risks and “fail” in order to get to the best solution.
They are looking to hire 4 full-stack Product Designers across different teams. So, based on your skills, interests and talents, you’ll be matched to the best team to most effectively set you up for longterm success and happiness.
Looking for:
- B2B experience with complex, content-rich interfaces preferably within HR Tech / benefits / payroll, EdTech, or FinTech – but flexible!
- Equal comfort with UX + UI Design, as well as the ability to conduct UX Research and talk to users directly
- A portfolio of multiple, relevant projects that have launched – with success metrics to show the results
- Conversance with AI tools in your design process, and/or ‘out of the box’ thinking when it comes to your design process – what have you done that’s out of the ordinary within design?
They’re seeking a fulltime, midlevel Product Designer with Growth / Acquisition experience, with a successful track record of working on customer acquisition, conversion to paid subscription models, acquisition funnels, conducting A/B testing in an experimental framework, creating upselling flows, designing landing pages, and has worked closely with Marketing and other teams in a x-functional, collaborative manner.
Importantly, you have data and success metrics to show for your efforts.
Looking for:
- 3-5+ years of relevant Product Design experience, with at least 1-2 years of Growth / Customer Acquisition / top of funnel experience
- Experience designing onboarding flows, landing pages, end to end product design that increases customer base
- Equal comfort with UX + UI Design, with an emphasis on Visual UI, and some Research experience / exposure
- A portfolio containing at least 1-2 Growth projects that have launched – with success metrics to show the results
