DOK Neuland is a public exhibition that opens its doors during our DOK Leipzig festival week, presenting a selection of international XR pieces at free admission. For the 2026 edition (26 Oct–1 Nov), we are now calling for XR works whether they’re virtual reality, mixed reality, participatory films, installations, media and web-based art, apps, games, or completely new formats. We are very happy to work together with artists to facilitate their vision and showcase new ways of working outside the traditional frame.
The deadline for XR applications is 1 July. There is no entry fee or requirement for premiere status for DOK Neuland.
