We are looking for a recent Computer Science graduate with a solid und=
erstanding of Java and .NET technologies. We provide technical expertise to =
our clients throughout the development cycle including design, coding, and u=
nit testing of robust web solutions as well as participate in the deployment=
, maintenance and enhancement of such enterprise systems. You will interact =
with QA, Designers, Interface Developers, Project Managers =96 basically our=
full team and will be expected to provide estimates on how long it will tak=
e to complete tasks.

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with other team members, develop subsystems of total =
web solutions for internal and external projects.

Work closely with other team members to learn about Blast Radius stand=
ards and processes such as where we store code and general development stand=
ards

=A0

Research and experiment with new technologies and communicate informat=
ion back to the team

=A0

Collaborate with the front-end team and other technical people to inte=
grate back end and front end issues

=A0

Partner with QA throughout the development process and quickly respond=
to bugs and errors identified by QA

=A0

Ensure bugs are rectified and accurate moving forward and prepare docu=
mentation explaining the steps taken to overcome bugs

Prepare accurate documentation throughout the project

=A0

Participate in project meetings including post project analysis, provi=
de insightful input and ideas and effectively communicate project status and=
challenges

Contribute to internal projects on an as needed basis

Participate in Blast Radius cultural events

Skills/Experience:

Experience using Java, C#

=A0

Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Up to 2 years of software/web development experience with J2EE and/or =
Microsoft .NET and related technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience

Experience with SharePoint or InfoPath a plus

Ability to learn new languages and software

You have knowledge of common web application protocols: HTTP, web serv=
ices, AJAX

A demonstrated understanding of how databases such as SQL and Oracle w=
ork
