In this role, you will design within templates in order to create various online components. We’re looking for a Designer with a highly creative mind who also understand how to design using templates.
This position offers a pay rate of $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience and level of skills.

The BOSS Group is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company in Central NJ to find an experienced Senior Web Project Manager for an outstanding long-term temporary opportunity. We are seeking a resourceful, solutions-oriented team player with at least five years experience managing interactive projects including web development, web analytics and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills and proven project management capabilities. To be considered for this position you must be available to work onsite and full-time.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute project work plans and revise to meet changing needs and requirements
Prepare for engagement reviews an quality assurance procedures
Help minimize exposure and risk on projects
Identify business development and “add-on” sales opportunities
Lead proposal efforts from project scoping to LOE assessments
Maintain daily client interactions, including setting and managing expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 5 years interactive agency experience in a project management role
Experience managing mid- to large-scale projects
Understanding of visual design, web and application programming, database and system design, internet marketing, analytics and SEO/SEM
Knowledge of basic revenue models, P/L and cost-to-completion projects
Basic comprehension of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and cilent/server architectures
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask effectively
Works efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Superb written, verbal and presentation skills
