Our client provides accurate, real-time content targeting advertising solutions to impact of online advertising. Their patent-pending technology and fully-automated solution can serve contextually relevant advertisements to the most motivated potential customer – in real-time. Their solution uses both categories and keywords for analysis and matching, delivering unprecedented accuracy, dramatically extending audience reach while significantly increasing sales conversion rates. Our client has built a proprietary technology where advertisers and publishers find efficient pricing and extensive reach, making inventory available through the technology comparable to a site specific buy.

We are in search of a Director of Marketing for our client’s New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned hands-on direct marketing expert with a superior understanding of the online advertising and publisher markets to lead the marketing efforts of our client’s rapidly growing ad network contextual ad exchange.

Responsibilities:
>Drive advertiser and publisher sign-ups thru a self serve portal via direct marketing techniques such as search and affiliate programs, referral programs and guerilla marketing

>Produce compelling sales, business development and product sales collateral online and off including website copy, PPT decks and product sheets along with supporting research and data Experience in mass market, multi-million dollar product launches

>Plan and execute word of mouth and other viral types of marketing, such as working with bloggers and other influentials

>Build our client’s brand to drive overall RFP business
Plan and budget marketing spend

>Feed market and customer needs to product group.

>Experience developing various aspects of online community

Requirements:
>Proven direct response and SEM experience

>Well-rounded MARCOM person who knows search, direct response and has worked with data/market research to build out points to differentiate and help sales win.

>Minimum 5 years of online marketing, advertising, public relations

>Extensive knowledge of key programs – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and tradeshows

>Extensive knowledge of blogsphere

>Solid writing and editing skills

>Strategic thinker

>Experience interfacing with online sales team and Sr. Mgmt team

>Demonstrated track record of prior success growing a high potential new business

>Significant prior experience in entrepreneurial companies

>BS Degree
