Responsibilities:
* Determines design requirements by studying and confirming layout specifications; coordinating with the Senior Designer, Developers, and Creative Director.
* Conceptualizes and executes unique, standards-compliant web design solutions, independently and as part of a team, for a range of web projects
* Develops rich interactive (Flash) web interfaces with reusable components that can be carried across multiple products
* Prepares business requirement documents to convey information design and architecture (wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, navigation, mockups, etc.)
* Produces and maintain design guidelines and standards
Qualifications:
* 3+ years web and multimedia design experience (visual and user interface)
* Superior design skills
* Advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
* Advanced knowledge of Flash and related scripting languages
* Advanced knowledge HTML and CSS
* Working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and AJAX a plus
* Well versed in usability best practices as well as standards-compliant web development
* Excellent communications skills and detail oriented
