setting up the server is something you should get a different dev to
do than the flash front-end. you may be able to find someone to do
both, but that’s a fairly uncommon pairing of skills, and someone
with both is likely to be a bit deficient in one or the other.

$65-80 is *definitely* on the low-end. however, this is for a museum
(right?), so you can probably still attract devs at a lower rate.
high-end flash dev rates (like for advertising work) run up to $120-
$150; startup and smaller companies can probably get away with $90-
$120. non-profits, educational, museum, perhaps down to $75-80, but
that’s pretty damn low.

note that these rates are for *professionals*, experienced
contractors who make their living on this kind of work. students and
junior programmers, you can of course knock big chunks off those
amounts.
