Interactive Media Producer
Second Story is currently reviewing resumes for an interactive media
producer positions in Portland, Oregon. We seek candidates who will:
–Play a leading creative role in the concept development of
technology intensive interactive experiences for the Web and other
digital media
–Work closely with the studio design and development team in a small,
fast-paced environment
–Lead all aspects of project management and the development of each
project until it is completed and client expectations are exceeded
–Actively participate in concept development, content management, and
quality assurance
–Maintain team relations and ensure accurate and timely communication
within the internal studio team and external client teams
–Manage resources to ensure delivery of the most innovative and
creative work possible within budget and on schedule
Skills & Characteristics
Interested candidates must have at least 3-years experience managing
creative teams, developing interactive projects, and must possess the
following characteristics:
–Strong familiarity with interactive technology
–Detail oriented and organized
–Assertive, resourceful, and creative problem solver
–Excellent project planning skills
–Experience managing and performing quality assurance
–Excellent leadership, communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills
–Strong writing skills for client correspondence, project
specifications, and technical documents
Special consideration will be given to candidates who have created
projects that are experimental, educational, cultural, and
entertainment-related. This is a senior, client-facing role that
requires combinations of expertise in business, management, content,
design, and technical disciplines. This is a full-time position in
