Working as part o=
f a small and dynamic team, Program Managers act as a vital bridge between C=
lients and Rip Road’s technical and marketing teams. Program Managers manage=
the day to day mobile program responsibilities, including defining client p=
rogram requirements, drafting program details, setting up programs on our ap=
plication platforms, troubleshooting, and reporting on program performance.

own initiative. They must be organized and persistent in pursuing their res=
ponsibilities. They must be comfortable working in a highly detailed marketi=
ng and technical environment, and have an aptitude and enthusiasm for unders=
tanding complex systems and their applications.
