RecycleBank is seeking a full-time Web Pr=
oducer. This position will monitor and maintain the daily production of prog=
ram and editorial content on our website, RecycleBank.com. The Marketing Web=
Producer is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and publishing of =
content.
The Web Producer is also responsible for supporting Recycl=
eBank’s growth and customer acquisition strategy overall as it applies to a =
growing web consumer member base through the execution and maintenance of we=
b pages, program and promotion emails, local site alerts and other web mater=
ial. Manage editorial production through RecycleBank’s content management sy=
stem and supporting systems.
Reporting to the Director, Online =
Content & Marketing, this position plays a significant role in achieving=
the goals of the marketing, rewards, and online revenue teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

maintain the daily production of content on RecycleBank.com.

rite and edit copy for new and existing web pages.
=95 Establish ti=
melines and schedules and manage the workflow for RecycleBank’s content part=
ners and external writers/bloggers.
=95 Create functional outlines =
for content packages and holiday promotions.
=95 Coordinate with Re=
cycleBank’s brand and rewards teams to maintain website updates.

=95 Create and modify HTML pages using RecycleBank’s content management syst=
em.
=95 Maintain RecycleBank’s email program including schedule and=
execution.
=95 Perform quality assurance for existing and new cont=
ent and employ SEO best practices
=95 Source, resize and optimize i=
mages for web practices
=95 Assist in testing of technology release=
s as they relate to Online Content and Marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate will have an exceptional track recor=
d in frontend consumer website production and maintenance. An ideal candidat=
e is highly detail oriented, creative, self-motivated, cooperative, flexible=

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* 2 years experience minimum working with Content Ma=
nagement systems; Joomla experience a major plus
* Experience hand =

* Familiarity with Photoshop

icrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience with consum=
er facing editorial content
* Demonstrated development of project g=
uidelines and processes.
* Demonstrated time management skills; abi=

* Must be flexible, able to shift priorities and wo=

* An interest in site navigation and functionalit=
