The Visual Creative Director will be responsible for doing hand=
s on creative work as well as leading creative freelancers and agencies. The=
y will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality d=
esign generated by in-house and outside consultants. They will manage and ex=
ecute multiple projects through all stages of development: from incubation t=
o final production. This leadership role requires articulating and executing=
=A0 a strong design vision, strateg=
y well as overall brand direction. This is the sole design position in the o=
ffice so must be a leader.
