Responsibilities: Assist in the management o=
f incident reports in the student conduct
database; gener=
ate complete and accurate informational reports for distribution to

specified university administrators; provide additional administr=
ative support to the
Office of Community Standards staff =
as necessary, including the scheduling of
appointments, m=
eetings, educational seminars, hearings, and providing assistance with
other administrative tasks.
Requirements=
: Earned Bachelor=92s Degree and current matriculation as NYU graduate
student, preferably in higher education administration, la=
w, counseling, social work, or
related program; detail-or=
iented organizational skills; capacity to exercise discretion

while maintaining integrity and confidentiality; proven ability to hand=
le multiple

priorities with professionalism; familiarity =
with, and ability to master utilization of,
database and =
spreadsheet software; dependability and effectiveness working within a
schedule and deadlines.
Work Hours=
20 hours per/week. Scheduled determined in consultation =
with supervisory team.
