sign, Quark,

RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES (WITH SOME PREPRESS/GRAPHICS EXPERIENCE) AREENCOURAGED TO APPLY =A0
Basic Tasks:
-maintain and calibrate pro=
ofers (load paper and inks, routine maintenance)
-read proofs with spectr=
ophotometer to check calibration
-review and show color with various art departments (visual skills needed)-track color and pages using Filemaker database
-assist Art Production=
staff with color and page production as needed
Required Skills:
-must have at least a basic working knowledge of Adobe CS, especially
Ph=
otoshop and InDesign (advanced knowledge is a huge plus).
-good communica=
tion skills are essential; there will be a great deal of
interaction with=
numerous people across various publications.
-good organizational skills needed to keep track of high volume during peak=
periods
General:
-willingness to learn and grow. This is a sma=
