This temp position in the sustainability office might be of interest=
to those of you (and your students) teaching classes in data manipulation a=
nd data visualization as well. Basically, they’re looking for someone who ca=
n take a large amount of data about the university (transport, housing, food=
, electricity, water use, etc) and put it together in a visually effective w=
ay in order to further the university’s climate action plan. They’ve had som=
e of our former students working in this office in the past, and i’m on the =
university sustainability task force with them; they’re good people. Could b=
e an interesting project.
