Vice President of Technical Delivery
(based in New York area or Orlando, FL)
Moving Interactive is a rapidly growing interactive agency now entering its 4th year of operations. We have a global team of over 100 people and we provide strategy, design and implementation of digital products for some of the leading media brands in the world including Universal Studios, Conde Nast, Moodys, Bloomberg, and Readers Digest. We have wholly-owned offices in New York, Orlando and Lima, Peru with partner operations in India, London and China.
We are seeking a Vice President of Technical Delivery who will oversee all of our technical implementation work for web and mobile platforms. This includes responsibility for oversight and active involvement in project estimating, technical architecture, development standards and methodologies, project execution, and quality assurance.

Candidates should have 10+ years experience leading web implementation projects and has more recently also been working actively in the mobile space. Qualified candidates would have good working knowledge of various CMS and commerce back ends, and the key web development platforms including Dot Net and various flavors of open source. This is also a client-facing role so candidates should be able to present themselves as a senior executive and be able to communicate with non-technical client stakeholders very effectively. Skills cultivating talented technical teams are highly valued as this individual is responsible for a technology implementation team of 50+ people.
Candidate should also have proven experience defining process standards and tools (including Agile) in order run a high functioning technology organization that produces predictable results and high quality outputs. Candidate should have experience leading cross-geographical teams and mentoring and growing mid-level technology managers. Though not required, because we have a large operation in Peru, Spanish language skills are extremely helpful.
