Pronto.com and its family of microsites provide one of the industry’s most comprehensive and targeted online shopping experience.
We are looking for a creative web developer to join our front end development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling aggressive deadlines and multi tasking.
Responsibilities:
—— Maintain the existing Pronto family of websites.
—— Implement new features and microsites based on the requirements and designs specified by the product team.
—— Communicate with the product, design and engineering teams to coordinate all the necessary components for each project.
—— Work with the QA team to fix identified issues.
—— Verify code across multiple browsers and operating systems.
—— Use best practices to build an optimal user experience.
Required Experience/Skills
—— Minimum 2 years web development using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Ajax.
—— Knowledge of web standards and familiarity with cross browser compatibility issues.
—— Experience with JSP or similar technologies (experience with JSTL and Tiles is a plus).
—— Some experience with Photoshop.
—— Experience with JQuery is a plus.
—— Knowledge of WordPress templates is a plus.
