SocialBon is a social gaming company that is changing the way social games are designed and played. With offices in New York, NY, Lexington, KY, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, SocialBon will be launching its first title near the beginning of 2011.

We are looking for a community manager a.k.a. user advocate rock star to join our team in the NY office. In Chris Brogan’s words, you are like a good party host mixed with a fine restaurant host. Most importantly you are sharp, social media literate, and fit in with our fun/dedicated culture!

*Your responsibilities*

* Growing, managing, and engaging our Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and other social media property audiences

* Moderating and engaging our discussion board users

* Promptly responding to support tickets

* Managing and engaging our organic sources of comments and discussions

* Working closely with our head of marketing to manage email blast campaigns

* Providing product with a weekly feedback/sentiment report to help improve our products

* Fostering a strong community among our userbase and defining programs for our most hard core users

*The requirements*

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Proactive, fun, and friendly attitude

* 2+ years of Community Management/Customer Support experience

* Passion for gaming a plus

* Detailed understanding of the major social networking properties a plus

* Experience in forum and email-based customer service a plus
