Media Lab Faculty – Freelance Positions Available
The Montclair Art Museum and its Yard School of Art will be launching a multipurpose computer lab in the Summer 2011 that will enable it to offer a broad spectrum of digital art, design, video editing, and digital photography courses for children through adults including a summer Digital Media Camp.
The Montclair Art Museum seeks dynamic, innovative and experienced faculty for a range of new courses including but not limited to the list below for Summer 2011 and Fall 2011 semesters.

MAM MEDIA LAB
The MAM Media Lab will offer students an opportunity to work on new iMac computers creating unique works of art while learning to use the leading professional design programs from Apple and Adobe including CS5 – Master Collection.
Creativity and innovation are critical skills in the modern world and the MAM MEDIA LAB will allow the museum to build on its rich history of studio art making while applying new technology as a tool for creative expression and communication.
Qualifications:
B.F.A. in related media / design field or equivalent professional experience. 1-2 years prior teaching experience required. Proficient in MAC based computer and design software required.
