Role:

We’re seeking  an Experiential Marketing Creative Director with an impressive art direction background. Our CDs are brand experts and leaders who guide the creative team and agency partners in development of strategic creative solutions. You’ll mentor reports and oversee multiple Creatives and assignments while evaluating art and copy. You’ll play the primary role in client presentations, sell ideas and communications the Agency’s point of view. You’ll review incoming requests, creative briefs and communicate marketing strategies and creative standards to the team.  You’ll create a team environment that facilitates mutual respect and partnership across functions, opening communication between staff and managers, on-going performance feedback and professional development. You’ll lead new business efforts, working with senior management and external agency partners.

Requirements:

•You have 10+ years of Agency experience delivering creative solutions and executions, honing your instincts and broadening your stylistic range.

•You have extensive experience with experiential marketing programs.

•You can craft and share presentations with utmost linearity—and then go way outside the box. You have a high level of strategic and conceptual thinking, an ability to identify, conceive and advance high level marketing strategies.

•You have a creative spark that turns brainstorms into great ideas. The city is your stomping ground, and you find inspiration in everything.

•You’re a true leader, able to manage and mentor more junior team members

•You can meet many deadlines and brand needs while demonstrating a ‘people management mentality’ that fits within the Momentum model (open forum for sharing ideas, mutual respect and partnership, on-going feedback, adherence to agency policies, disseminating information, open door policy)

•You have solid digital experience with a “Big Brand” mentality and the design skills to back up your ideas. You can concept and develop creative solutions from every possible discipline and train other creative to so as well.

•You’re proficient in managing large scale budgets within budget parameters with little or no supervision.

•You’re a college grad

Role:

Senior Designer (3D Experiential) to support strategic ideas and bring dimension to brands by designing completely unique environments: product launches, consumer events, public spectaculars, pop-up retail, exhibits, corporate meetings, film, television and video. You’ll manage the concepting of experiential marketing properties and entertainment sponsorship through multiple types of media. You’ll oversee and lead the Creative process from briefing to execution, moving beyond the finite world of colors and grammar to include overarching marketing direction. You’ll bring practical applications to extraordinary ideas.

Requirements:

•Several years of progressive design experience and is well-versed in standard 3D applications (3ds Max, Rhino, Rhino/Bundle, etc).

•Strong proficiency in Auto Cad, the Adobe Suite, Vector Works and InDesign.

•Understanding of creating and/or enhancing retail themed environments, POP, displays, interactive exhibits, kiosks, signage, booths, floor plans, props, stage design, etc.

•Knowledge of the digital landscape (gaming, cell phone applications, web design, etc.)

•Basic understanding of event lighting, décor, multimedia, themes, etc.

•Excellent writing (copywriting a plus) and presentation skills: able to express animation and excitement in a room.

•Ability to ensure event solutions are innovative and strategically relevant, building brand equity and delivering results.
