We build Facebook apps for colleges and universities! Our goal is to make the coolest, most engaging school app on the market – the app we wish we had when we were in college.

We’re an early stage startup with a small, passionate team. We’re backed by Founders Fund (Facebook, Causes, Palantir, etc), Retro Ventures, and the Gates Foundation. We have revenue, customers, and users. We want our product to make a difference in the world. We encourage the whole team to talk to and understand our customers.
== Qualifications ==
+ Demonstrated strong interaction design skills and a solid understanding of UX principles.
+ The willingness to take direction when offered, and the ability to work independently when it isn’t.
+ Bachelor’s degree in human factors, HCI, UX, information sciences or a related field.
+ Great teamwork and communication skills.
+ Initiative and positive energy.
