A funded startup digital media company focused on producing news and entertainment content apps for mobile media seeks a talented, ambitious designer with UI experience.
We are a talented, creative team of editors, technologists, and entrepreneurs building innovative media content apps for iPad and smartphones. You are a superstar in the making looking to make your mark. You have demonstrated skills in user interface design, art direction, content template design, and small object animations. Experience with iPad mini-games, a strong understanding of typography, and a passion for infographics are plusses but not required. You can work in a fast-metabolism news and entertainment environment, collaborating and rapidly sketching and prototyping ideas with a top-tier creative team with a record of success. You are graceful under pressure and have a good sense of humor. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. (Extra bonus points: you play video games and wish you could program them.)
