Media artist Marie Sester is looking for an intern to assist her with a new project requiring physical computing and applets programing. Work would also entail to help organize the project timeline, tests and production.
The person will be working closely with the artist two or three half days a week as needed — schedule is flexible and some work can be done remotely– rate of pay is $10/hour.
Ideally seeking a lasting work partnership.
If possible, skills in video, technical assistance, website maintenance, and grants writing are welcome. I am open to the possibility of working with two different interns with complimentary skill sets.
Looking for the following specific skills: physical computing / programing / Interface design / project planning skills / Photoshop and AutoCAD or other computer aided drafting software / video editing / HTML/CSS or WordPress / writing skills.
