Job Summary:
The Associate Marketing Analytics position provides support to the Strategic Marketing team. You will provide research that informs the strategic planning process. Responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns and initiatives to identify tactics for optimizing marketing strategy, marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness. Participates in all aspects of measurement assessment, planning, implementation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics Assessment
- Leverage assessment frameworks for evaluating marketing and analytics tools, services, and infrastructure
- Analytics Strategy & Planning
- Participate in all components of the measurement strategy & planning process:
- Identify objectives & key success metrics
- Define measurement approach and requirements
- Develop roadmap for action
- Participate in all components of the measurement strategy & planning process:
- Analytics Implementation
- Implement analytics tool reporting requirements (e.g., pixels, JavaScript, field parameters, source code capture) based on documented objectives and requirements
- Outline data capture and integration needs based on measurement plan
- Conduct QA on data capture and tracking implementation within analytic tools
- Implement analytics tool reporting and optimize reporting based on documented objectives and requirements
- Marketing Analysis
- Conduct all aspects of data analysis for marketing initiatives, including:
- Identify all sources of data for analysis
- Conduct data processing and analysis
- Document key findings
- Ensure data accuracy
- Prepare content for analytic presentations
- Implement reports, dashboards based on reporting requirements and measurement plan documentation
- Conduct all aspects of data analysis for marketing initiatives, including:
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of online industry experience
- Very detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
- Experience in data analytic tools (CRM, Web Analytic, Media, Social)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL, SAS, SPSS experience a plus
- Project management experience is helpful
- Must be able to effectively interact with various levels and departments
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
